      • A "Mr Farmiloe" is mentioned in the Times of 17 January 1815 as occupying two pieces of arable land, called "Green Tyning" and "Leetsun Tyning", with the wood grove called "Bird Grove" containing about 12 acres. The lease is stated as nearly expired. This land was Lot 3 in a sale by auction of property owned by William Kemp, late of the city of Bath, wh0 was a banker and became bankrupt.
