    217 Derrick Farmiloe joined the firm immediately after demobilisation from the RAF. He became a director in 1946.
    A formal service agreement dated 17 October 1956 has survived. At that time his salary was £3,000 pa plus commission on net profits of 1%. This was later increased to £4,000 pa. Holiday entitlement was 4 weeks pa.

    Witnesses were W Furst and J L Hamilton-Hill. The marriage certificate states that Diana's father was Michele Mercurio Unternahrer. Presumably Diana "added" the Unternahrer name to her father's name in order to disguise the fact that her father was not married to her mother.
